Diana is a business advisor and board facilitator. She thrives on working with others to create successful outcomes for any type of business challenge; from daily situations, to the identification of new opportunities, to contingency planning . . . a real problem solver and driver of performance improvement.

Diana is the CEO and owner of two businesses:

The Alternative Board-DFW Mid-Cities and VPT Enterprise, LLC.

The Alternative Board Dallas-Ft. Worth Mid-Cities provides CEO’s and Presidents of privately held businesses, a board of director environment. Monthly board meetings and individual sessions afford these business owners new perspectives, insight and accountability. These board members gain ideas, explore alternatives, and most importantly grow sales &/or profits, engage better employees, and achieve personal & business goals.

VPT Enterprise is a consulting operation that provides clients with year over year performance improvement through metrics and process modification. The core is the development of a reporting and analysis framework, while creating cohesiveness among staff and various departments. Projects yield expected outcomes and are readily sustainable by the organization.

Diana, as a certified LinkedIn instructor, believes that LinkedIn and other social media are quickly changing the old Marketing and Business Development techniques for both individuals and companies

Prior to owning her businesses, her 25 year career included senior level positions with leading domestic and international manufacturing organizations; spanning key industries as steel, automotive, construction & graphic arts. Areas of expertise range are marketing, sales, and operations, always with P/L accountability. Diana has a bachelor’s degree in construction engineering management from Oregon State University and a master’s of management from Northwestern University. These are key companies with whom Diana has been associated – International Harvester Construction Equipment, MAN Roland, OCE’ USA, Timken Steel, Bekins Van Lines, Home Direct USA.

Diana enjoys speaking engagements that range from industry topics, to business issues, to golf and active involvement with non-profits. Today, she is on the Board of Girl’s Golf of Texas and just published in the book “Unstoppable Woman.” Diana is the recent Sectional Director, South Central for EWGA (Executive Women’s Golf Association) and co-chair for MENG (Marketing Executives Networking Group), Dallas Chapter. Prior non-profit and business board positions were YMCA, Easter Seals, and Lady Fairway golf products.

A highly energetic results driven individual, Diana is one who can listen, assimilate key points, and use knowledge of individuals to draw them into the team, thus ensuring that solutions and plans provide positive measurable outcomes that are supported universally.

Michael Boyter

Born and raised in Texas, Michael Boyter grew up in the Hurst-Euless-Bedford area before studying Economics at The University of Texas at Austin. After college, Mr. Boyter worked on behalf of the Resolution Trust Corporation to study and dispose of assets from Savings and Loan bankruptcies in Texas. Shortly thereafter, Mr. Boyter began working in the Oil and Gas Industry and quickly worked his way up to becoming the Vice President of an Oil Jobber. After 10 years and successfully facilitating the sale of this business on behalf of the family, Mr. Boyter joined a Medical Equipment Service Company (focusing on Diagnostic Imaging) as a Partner and assisted in growing the company from a regional footprint to servicing Hospitals and Multi Vendor Conglomerates on a national scale. At the end of 2015, Mr. Boyter negotiated and facilitated the sale of this business to the largest independent service provider for diagnostic imaging in the country. During the period above, Mr. Boyter has dedicated himself to giving back to the community through public service and by working with various non profits and other agencies to assist those less fortunate.
